Our Facilities


At Jogue, Inc., we've been in the food ingredient business for more than 85 years. Our plant in Northville, Michigan opened in 1910.

We currently operate four manufacturing facilities:

Jogue Detroit, Michigan
Specializes in the manufacture and development of fruit drink bases and spray-dried flavors

Northville Laboratories Northville, Michigan
Manufactures fine ice cream flavors, fruit bases, variegates and extracts

The Western Syrup Company Santa Fe Springs, California
Manufacture of syrups and cocktail mixes

High Mountain Manufacturing Company Salt Lake City, Utah
Manufacture of ice cream toppings
