Minimums, lead times, documentation, custom work and label declarations — the things procurement and R&D teams ask us first.
We offer low minimum order quantities compared to the industry, along with the flexibility to accommodate a range of production needs. Whether you're developing a new product, testing a formulation, or scaling up production, we'll work with you to find an approach that fits your goals.
Most liquid flavors and extracts ship 2–3 weeks from purchase order. Because we run five plants across Michigan, California and Florida, we can often produce closer to you and take days off transit. Peak season on seasonal items can extend this — order ahead where you can.
No. Development samples and first submissions are free. We would rather you evaluate three iterations properly than commit to one.
Our financial team can ask you to fill out a form if you need terms, and we will get you an answer. If not, your account will remain on cash in advance (CIA).

Yes, we can. Our advanced GC-MS technology and experienced flavor chemists allow us to analyze a product's chemical composition, identify its key flavor components, and reconstruct the flavor profile. Every order includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA). Additional documentation is available upon request, depending on your product and application requirements.
Yes — that is what our documentation support function is for. Tell us the format your regulatory team files in and we will assemble the package to match rather than sending you a folder to reorganise.
Yes. We would need to test a sample first, and it also depends on how many months past the one-year shelf life the product is.
Flavors are considered a low-risk food ingredient, so they do not require any type of testing. If you need it, we can arrange testing with a third-party company; this makes the lead time a little longer, and the testing is billed to you.
Through long-standing relationships with the world's top producers, dating back to Northville Laboratories in 1910 — the premier vanilla extract supplier to the dairy, beverage, confectionery and bakery industries. Since 2025 we have partnered with Sedex for independent visibility into labour and environmental practices across that supply chain.
Yes, under the USDA National Organic Program, produced with segregated handling and full chain of custody. Ask for the certificate and the scope covered for your specific item.
Solar panels were added at our California manufacturing facility in 2019. In 2025 we partnered with Sedex to build a more socially and environmentally sustainable supply chain. Automation investments — robotic palletizers, automated filling lines, higher-efficiency blending — cut energy and waste per unit, and regional manufacturing across three states means fewer truck miles per pound delivered.
